HOME REMODELING COSTS - The Dollars and Cents

We know how challenging a remodeling project might be. That's why we won't prescribe "quick-fixes" or use shoddy building materials. Getting it right takes time. It's just that simple. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Occasionally, we might hear clients say that our price is higher than what they were expecting. A clarifying question to ask is whether the individual is thinking about price or cost? Price is one time at the purchase. Cost is over the life of what we build for you. We decided a long time ago that we'd rather explain our price one time than apologize repeatedly over the lifetime of your project. Some companies can beat us on price but no one can beat our durability and service. Wouldn't you rather invest in the peace of mind that your project will be done right the first time exactly the way you want it?

That being said, pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your needs. During our initial discussion, we'll share our ideas on what we think will work best for you.

Take a look at the figures below to gain a better feel of what some of our projects range in cost. Remember, these are merely estimates based on past work we've completed. Every project is unique, and so are their relative costs.
